We had white wine to toast with, and here is a
WHITE WINE PUNCH from author Robert Ackart.
2 quarts Chablis
the juice of 3 lemons
3 sprigs of fresh mint,crushed
1 quart chilled club soda
a small ice block
lemon and lime sherbet
Combine chablis,lemon juice, and mint allow mixture to stand for an hour. In a punch bowl arrange a small block of ice. Pour the wine mixture over it and add club soda.Before serving add small dips of lemon and lime sherbet,
Yields about 20 servings
