1 tsp sugar
1/2 pint milk
2 oz of Sherry (dry)
combine all ingredients in shaker or blender,filled with cracked ice, shake well,strain into tall glass top with nutmeg.

No wonder Shakespeare was a fan of sherry. What can't you do with it! Cooking, cocktails...bless the man who invented it.
