APPLESAUCE APACHE PUNCH
1 -16 oz jar of applesauce
2 cups of milk
cinnamon
maraschino cherry
pour applesauce into large bowl and mix with electric mixer until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Add a pinch of cinnamon, beat again. Chill mixture, pour into glasses add a touch more cinnamon and a cherry to garnish. Serve very cold.
YIELD: 4 servings.
