Add Sherry to whipped cream.
Put a dash of Sherry in chocolate sauce.
Pour Sherry over baked apples!

BANANAS SHERRY
2 tbs butter melted
1/2 Sherry
2 tbs brown sugar
1/8th tsp of ground cloves
pinch of salt
1 tbs lemon juice
4 peeled bananas
In small bowl combine, butter, Sherry,brown sugar, cloves, salt and lemon juice. Arrange bananas in shallow baking dish. Pour wine mixture over it. Broil basting frequently until fruit is a delicate brown.
