TRADITION!

My son celebrated his 21st birthday last week! For the past three years we have celebrated by hosting a spaghetti and meatball dinner for him and a group of his friends from college. This year it was a group of 22 including the family. I don't know if three years constitutes a tradition, but it has been fun each year and we are already looking forward to next year. Since my sons favorite beverage is sparkling cider, I made up a sparkling punch that was a big hit with the young guests and I filled the punch bowl twice.

SPARKLING POMEGRANTE PUNCH
1- 2liter bottle of gingerale
1- 32ounce bottle of pomegrante juice
ice
fill bottom of punch bowl with ice, pour in juice (may substitute with your favorite) slowly add gingerale.
the gang
carmel apple cheesecake...yum!
