PARTY MENU

GEMOLATA
WITH RAW VEGETABLES
MINI HAMBURGERS
BISCUITS AND BUNS
APPLE MARTINI
VERMOUTH PUNCH

Gremolata is unusual and uncomplicated
4 cans of oil packed tuna undrained
1/2 cup olive oil
16-20 cloves of garlic(crushed)
2 cups of onion chopped
2 cups chopped parsley
4 hard boiled eggs chopped
2 tbs finely chopped capers
1/2cup lemon juice
first blend in blender tuna ( using one can) adding 1/2 cup of onion,parsley,egg and2tbs of lemon and olive oil, 1 tbs of garlic and 1/2 tsp of caper,
repeat this process 3 times then blend it all together in large bowl and serve in smaller bowls. 
serves 24

(still looking for the vermouth punch recipe but found this substitute instead)

APPLE GINGER PUNCH
24 OUNCES apple brandy
2 ounces marschino liqueur
2 ounces kirsch
1 quart pineapple -grapefruitjuice
1 quart plus one pint ginger beer
24 green ginger wine
2 red apples 
2 yellow apples
chill all ingredients. Pour all liquids except ginger beer over large block of ice in punch bowl. Stir well Let mixture ripen one hour. Cut apples with skin into wedges, just before serving pour beer over ice and float apples on top.
