This is a repeat recipe but it is "The St Patricks Punch" along with some other awesome green punch and drink recipes. Be sure to check out my link to "GET YOUR GREEN ON" for some oldies but goodies.
ST PATRICKS PUNCH
2 pkgs lime gelatin
2 cups boiling water
2 6-ounc cans frozen lemonade concentrate
1 qt cold water2 cups pineapple juice
2 tall bottle gingerale.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in lemonade concentrate, cold water and pineapple juice; blend well. Do not refrigerate. Just before serving pour over ice in punch bowl. slowly add ginger ale.
SPARKLIING GREEN PUNCH
3 cups sugar
9 cups cold water
3 tall bottle ginger ale
mix lime drink powder and sugar together in pitcher. Stir in cold water, until sugar and powder are dissolved. Pour over ice in punch bowl, just before serving slowly add gingerale.
YIELDS: 40 SERVINGS
PERFECT ROB ROY
combine in martini jug or shaker1/4 cup scotch whiskey
1 tbs sweet vermouth
1 tbs dry vermouth
1 thin strip of orange peel
Add crushed ice to chill. Stir. sttrain inot 1 4 ounce cocktail glass. Rub rim of glass with orange peel and drop peel into glass
1 oz White Creme de Cacoa
1 oz Green Creme de-Menthe
1 oz fresh cream
1 chilled cocktail class
shake together in shaker, "earnestly" strain while pouring into chilled cocktail glass.
1 cocktail glass packed with crushed ice
Green Creme de-Menthe
pour enough Creme de-Menthe to fill glass, serve with 2 small straws.
