TROPICAL TEA

Good 4 you teas
Forgive my long absence from the blogging scene, not quite sure why...?
I have an easy one for you and a an added surprise at the end of this post.
TROPICAL TEA
4 cups of cold brewed tea*see below
2 cups of canned pinapple sauce
stir tea and pineapple juice together well. Fill tall glass or pitcher with ice, add tea mixture. Garnish with fresh pineaple wedges and mint leaves. If you eat the fresh pineapple garnish count another twenty calories per three wedges. mint leaves are free.
YIELDS: 6 servings

here is a review on how to make iced tea!

GOOD PLAIN TEA
put 4 tea bags into teapot . Add boiling water. LEt stand 5 minutes. remove the tea bags, squeezing to drain, cool at room temperaturre. Tea will keep its maximum flavor for 4 hours. Do not refrigerate that will make the tea cloudy.
