With temperature soaring into the 100's for days now this drink sounds soooo good! I think blended would be best. What do you think?
APRICOT COLLINS
1 cup vodka or gin
1/2 cup apricot liqueur
28 0unce bottle of club soda
ice
in glass pitcher mix vodka/gin and apricot liqueur, chill. Pour 2 ounces of mixture into each of 6 (15 ounce) cooler glasses fill with ice top off with club soda.
To make 24 servings allow 1 quart vodka or gin and 1 (4/5) bottle of apricot liqueur.
