that is a little poem I learned in high school spanish
which is the spelling of the word chocolate,
it rings in my head everytime I say chocolate!

2   1-ounce squares of unsweetened chocolate
3/4 cup hot water
1/2 cup sugar
dash salt
1&1/2 quarts cold milk
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 quart vanilla ice cream
3/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 envelope whipped topping mix.
to make syrup: melt chocolate with water in sauce pan over low heat, stirring constantly, until thick and well blended. Add sugar and salt. Bring to a boil and boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and cool thoroughly.
At serving time. combine chocolate syrup, milk, cinnamon ,ice cream, and vanilla in a punch bowl. Beat mixture with a rotary beater until blended. Prepare whipped topping mix as directed on package; garnish punch with dollops of whipped topping. Serve in punch cups.
Yields: 16  4-ounce servings.

Go here for a completely different way to enjoy your chocolate!
