HIT THE BEACH

with this 110 calorie drink packed with vitamin C....


WAIKIKI PINEAPPLE PUNCH


1 can unsweetened Pineapple juice (46 oz)
1  1/2 cups apricot nectar (12 oz)
1 quart gingerale
chill all ingredients. Pour over ice adding ginger ale just before serving 20 servings of 1/2 cup each.
Chill and shake before serving (we put it all in a blender and made smoothies)
we sipped on these after a day on the beach, sculpting sand mermaids!

Yes it really hit the spot, the kids really liked it too....so no rum in this one!

What a lovely refreshment. Do you think I could use freshly squeezed apricot juice instead of Apricot Nector? I'm not that familiar with it as a product in the UK.

I think using the blender method and pureeing your apricots would give it the same creamy consistency! enjoy.
