PHI BETA BLUEBERRY
1 Fifth vodka
16 ounces Metaxa
16 ounces of bottled blueberry syrup
12 ounces lemon juice
2 lemons
2 quarts club soda
1 pint cultivated blueberries
Chill all ingredients. Pour vodka,Metexa,blueberry syrup and lemon juice over large block of ice in punchbowl. Let mixture ripen 1 hour before serving. Pour club soda into punch bowl and stir. Cut lemon slices into thin slices and float lemon and blueberries on top of punch.
CHAMPAGNE BLUES
GRAPE STING
for one serving
1 1/2 ounce concord grape juice
2 1/2 ounce lime juice
1/2 tsp sugar
1 egg white unbeaten
1 1/4 tsp cocunut extract
1-inch thick slice of ripe banana
1 1/2 rye whiskey
1 each of pineapple pear, maraschino cherry
pour all ingredients except garnishes, into blender, whirl together until smooth and frothy. pour into glass garnish and enjoy!

4 fifths of champagne
1 fifth blue curacao
8 ounce lemon juice
peel of 2 lemons
chill all ingredients.
Cut lemon peel into strips 1 1/2 to 2 inches long and 1/4 wide
pour curacao and lemon juice into glass punch bowl, Stir well.
Add champagne
and stir slightly
float lemon peel,yellow side up
in punch bowl
DO NOT USE ICE IN PUNCH
instead surround bowl with cracked ice
for one serving

Wow, I've read somewhere, recently, about having frozen blueberries as a kind a refreshing snack!

I would love it. One of my favorite deserts is a bowl of plain yogurt, topped with frozen blueberries and then drizzled with honey.
